give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Yes See all the foods can given in the evening also there is no restriction on that but you just have to make sure that you’re giving fruits to your child only on room temperature fruits should never be given directly from the refrigerator then it is a chance of child to catch cold
