Should I be worried and take him to a speech therapist? My son is 20 months, he speaks a few words and makes animals sounds. He picks up a word use it for 1 day and after that does not use the word. He does not make a lot of effort to talk. He follows all instructions, loves to be read, identifies things more than his age.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and if he doesn’t speak properly then it’s very better to consult with speech therapist as early as possible as he must have tongue tie beneath it
