how long shall we wait before going to a speech therapist.. my kid is 3.4 but yet only speaks words n not sentences...

A. See if your child is speaking proper words and understanding every thing giving proper response and all then it is just a matter of time how are you teach your child properly to form sentences this piece service is not going to help you in framing sentences they only had when the child is unable to speak if you feel that this delay in speech also then you can consult a speech therapist now
