Q.

Should I avoid milk for my 3 year son because of constipation. is this ok for him??

A. Sometimes milk and cause constipation but it is not the reason every time so if you give it in a limited manner to the child I do not think it is going to make a difference otherwise what you do is one time stop giving milk and see if the constipation is better if it is a really helping you and the constipation subside after stop giving milk then you stop it then go ahead with giving more of dairy products to the child that is going to be beneficial this way you will be able to incorporate good amount of milk in the form of dairy products only
