Q.

should calcium and multivitamins supplements be given to a new born if he is on breastfeed? is the breast milk is not enough to give all the necessary nutrients to the baby?

A. doctor has prescribed vitamins and calcium supplements..but i was wondering whether such a small baby should be given such supplements when on breastfeed?

A. if the baby is a newborn child so any supplement or vitamin should be given only after your doctor has started giving so you can consult your doctor once before giving any medicine
