should a 4 year old boys foreskin be able to pull back ? if not should it be pulled back by force ?

Yes of course it should be able to boil pulled back on its own right now if it is not happening till this age also I said this to talk to your doctor because initially when the child is small we suggest you to put coconut oil into that year and gently try to pull the screen down if you haven’t done it as of now you can try it otherwise you can consult your doctor ones for thatWrite Your Answer Here
