Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritionaxl deficiency mainly vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daxytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

It could be the growth in that every child goes through at this age because your body is increasing the bones are becoming big which is why this may be happening you can gently massage the legs of the child in the night before the child goes to sleep and also ask your doctor if you can start giving vitamin D supplement as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
