she use to play outdoor activities , cycling but still she is over weight

A. hi mom check with her extra calorie intake avoid packaged foods, suagry, fried foods give proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate her well engage in activities

A. Not possible to completely cut sweets or junk food intake so rather you can involve your child in extra activities and also take your child to garden also continue cycling and help your child understand importance of healthy food

A. hi need to check with your pediatrician as it could be health issue like obesity or thyroid etc give Healthy diet like green veggies, fresh fruits, sprouts more avoid giving outside food. keep your child well hydrated
