my son is 20 month old & his weight is 16 kg & height is 89 cm now,birth weight is 3.250 kg.he is active & doing outdoor activities properly.is it any issue for him regarding over weight....?

A. hi mom yes take care of his weight avoid sugary, fried, packaged foods limit ghee, cheese, butter in diet give good proteins, variety of vegetables and fruits
