she s having loose motion from yesterday so can I give zn20 syrup 5ml

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes it's okay to use zn20 it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello keep child well hydrated with fluids and give buttermilk coconut water and aso it's and enterogermina and in regards to the medication it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
