Q.
she is very lean and does not eat properly. due to this she is even getting darker day by day. always watches phone and gets irritated if I ask anything. pls suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom its all habits , so you have to be careful when the first time she was getting into watching it, as limit the time, and also if these tantrums oocur you have to get firm, instead involve her in routine and be in outdooor games, plays as well
