She is under weight as well as hyper active, her feel her speech is also delayed. She can’t express and tell if she is hungry but get very aggressive. I am not sure how to tackle this

A. hello the child is having speech delay then it this may require proper medical investigation and it would be better to check with your doctor and see if speech therapy is needed and also encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak
