she is suffering from allergy..like running nose sneezing in the morning...itchy nose or throat Is there anything I can change  in my environment or lifestyle to prevent these symptoms???what treatment are available to treat this..

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinnjarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
