Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give nasoclear drops 3 to 4 times a dayCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
