Q.

She is LBW 2.3kg baby, now current weight is 3.4kg but not at all smiling till now what will be the cause and when to expect interacting and smiling

A. The weight of your child is very good so you should not be worried about the weight it’s going very well and second the social smile and responding would get better after the age of three months as they gain their vision and also things are definitely going to get better over that
