she is eating proper but she is still weak. when she walk or play she falls down every time. what is right diet for her?

A. Hi Include. more nutritious foods like ragi. milk. paneer, egg, fish, chicken, paneer, curd, drumstick, green vegetables, fruits nuts, dates. anjeer, Almonds cashews walnuts dates in baby's diet. avoid sugar, sweets, bakery products, chips chocolates farsan, Biscuits
