you mean to say a child is 3 years old and still taking breastfeeding?
if yes ,then answer is -- it is normal.
my baby had also taken breasfeeding till 3.5 year age.
Actually it is good for child health so don't worry.
just start gradual weaning .
for that try to offer food before your child asks for feeding.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
but please stay calm consistent and positive
