Q.

she is 2 yr and 10 month stool is very tightly.then after the food she talk stomach pain and after she is going bathroom the stool very tightly like goat stool(aatu pulukai)what i do mam

A. dear mum , it is constipation give high fibre food whole veg , fruit green leafy veg avoid juice give legumes rajma lobia chana , beans sprouts nuts oilseeds , soaked black currants dates figs milk not more than 300 ml avoid refined grains processed packaged foods
