hi doctor..I have 45 days old baby..from last 2 days she goes to motion very small stool and tightly..what is the reason? how to reduce the problem

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. this is more common with formula milk soap give only breast milk is possible and give bonus and three times a day otherwise it is considered to be normal in this age
