Q.
she is 167day older... from 1week she poop after every nap and meal,,,,,, and the poop is most of the time runny with mucus ,,,, most of time it's color greenish...... what is the cause of it and what I have to do now?

usually it is normal among young babies to pass stool immediately after feeding.
but as your child passes stool with mucus,I advise you to visit your pediatrician.
please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
