She is 10 months old, she has severe itching on her ear as well as on gum. Due to itching redness came on red ear. We don't know why it is happening.kindly suggest something so that my baby get relief from that signs

Teething could be happening with your child and probably which is why your child is having itching in the gum and sometimes because of that the year can also have a irritation but it’s better to get a check with an ENT doctor one time they are going to give you a proper help on that
