along with breastfeeding you can include smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato/ sprouts / pulses, fruits puree, vegetables puree, veg soup, milk shakes, paneer, nuts paste, porridge, veg upma, poha, sheera, stuffed idli and dosa, pancake, etc and use ghee in meal preparations
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours gap
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
