she is 10 months and her weight is 4kg. Vo bahut kamzor bhi hai. Usko high fever, running nose, cold, or bahut jyada cough bhi jama hai.

As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to cxto find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
