she has motions and vomits after taking feed... why??? she is 3and half month old

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 months agoA. dear parent , it is common for baby to vomit burp after every feed also common to pass stool even during feed if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert n gaining adequate wt then dont worry
