A. Hello mom Cereals and Paneer is a high-protein source . If you are a vegetarian. And if you can give nonwage to your baby then you should start giving boiled egg regularly. Egg is very healthy for babies it contains all the nutrition and proteins baby need. And now you baby is two years old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. Happy parenting
