Ok actually there is no such food chart to be given to the child you should actually try to include everything that you are making at home for your entire family for breakfast lunch and dinner because that’s the right food to be given also you can always offer a different variety of food stuff like even from a particular vegetable you can make different variety so that your child may like to enjoy that and if you’re looking for good recipes you can check the blogs on First Cry
