Shall we give calcium and vitamin d3 drops to 23 months old kid? He is not gaining weight....his weight is 9.8 kg and age is 23 months

A. dear mom medication should be given only under doctors prescription give milk, curds, lassi, milkshakes, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee, chole, rajma rice

Hello ma’am It is not recommended to give any kind of supplement to your child without consulting your paediatrician or if you need to give it then please consult your doctor and if your doctor says that you can go for it then only you should start with it and weight gain with proper and balanced meal not with the supplements for work upon a proper balanced diet for your child
