Shall i use ajwain water ( carom seeds). My baby is 3 month old. She is having formula feed. She passes the gas after she cries a lot. And how to solve strangers anxiety?

please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk/formula and needed medicines till 6 months age
for gas problem:
please burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
if your child takes bottle feeding,use anti colic bottle with slow flow
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands
move your child's legs in cycling motion
if child is crying inconsolably then apply paste of hing with warm water around navel of your child or give colicaid drops
