shall I give meals or snacks after 7pm for my 8 months old baby??

Yes Of course you just set a dinner time for the child you can give me love by 8:52 PM also if your child sleeps late and after that only it is going to work for you because they going to have proper dinner I am going to sleep before and will have milk before sleeping then you can definitely go ahead with it
