A. Baby ke healthy weight gain ke liye diet mein protein and fatty foods include karein like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, eggs, chicken soup, cereals, legumes, ghee, rice water, milk shakes with dry fruits and 700-800 ml milk daily. 3 main meals feed karein and 2-3 times healthy, home cooked snacks like veg cutlet, veg sandwich, besan cheela, fresh juices, buttermilk, coconut water, etc.
