#asktheexperts Hi, I see this rash on my 2 month old baby ankle. I went to pediatrician yesterday and he suggested me to use Cetrizinr hydrochloride syrup and Hydroxyzine hydrochloride drops orally clobetasone cream I do not see any improvement till today,Can I visit the dermatologist or continue using the same medicine.please see the image baby is exclusively on breast feeding.Mother has the underarms fungal infection which is reduced now with medication.

A. I already started the medication..just wanted to confirm if we have to consult dermatologist or pediatrician

A. This is looking more or less like an infection or allergy you should get it examine with your doctor to understand what is the issue they can tell you with proper treatment or medication that you need to apply currently you can use coconut oil but for further assistance you have to check with your doctor
