scoop of momylac formula was big and my baby faced digestive issues so i changed scoop and used smaller one. is it safe ?

A. If your child is able to digest the milk properly that you are giving and also gaining sufficient amount of weight which is expected to be seen every month then there is no problem otherwise if it is not happening this way then you need to switch back to the old is there

Q. Doctor recommended my 3.5 month old baby momylac 2 months ago when I gave it to her after 3-4 days she started taking less feed than usual and became lethargic. One day she didn't even took and didn't feel hungry almost for 8-9 hours together.and when she was fed forcefully she took less than usual again. i observed that scoop of momylac is bigger than usual size of other brands so my mother suggested me to decrease the quantity of powder. So I used scoop of Nan which is smaller in size and gave her diluted milk and during that night she felt hungry and drank the formula milk double the quantity she used to otherwise. From that day onwards I used that scoop only. 2 days ago I read somewhere that different brands have different scoop sizes so i became worried that I have been giving her diluted formula from last 2 months. is it worrisome? has there been any sort of damage to her?
