Evening time should be full of physical activities activities so that the child goes off to sleep by 9 PM.

In this age there is no specific sleep pattern on its own you have a very good time to set a proper sleeping pattern for the child which is what is going to be good enough as of now so try to make your child sleep well during the daytime for an hour or two only one time and then directly in the night
