Give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts, dates and raisins to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.

You can add ghee, almonds, cashews, banana, dates, anjeer in baby's recipes. these are caloric dense foods
Avoid junk foods, fried foods. sugary beverages. you can add boiled potato. cheese, paneer. egg to the recipes
