Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no you cannot give any syrup to baby for constipation it s absolutely normal for a baby to not pass motion daily . Baby diet till one year is basically milk so even if baby does not pass stool for upto 1 week it s considered a normal thing
