sahaana is 2 year and 7 months old. her height is 100 cm and weight is 15.340 which is slight higher than WHO standards.. Is this data is ok or I want to consult a doctor?

please don't expect that Child should Achieve ideal measurements
if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything
