Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be bgeneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness fthere can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

You can give some home remedies to your baby like add very little amount of turmeric and babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day. All these are best home remedies to cure cold and cough. Rather than this you can start using Neser clear dogs to clean your baby’s nose.
