first ,as direct breastfeeding provide comfort and security to a child ,if possible please offer direct breastfeeding.
but if it is not possible then use any good brand breastpump like Babyhug brand breastpump to express milk and save your time .
for storing milk , use airtight stainless steel container or breastmilk bags.
you can store breastmilk upto 4 hours at room temperature but if baby kept the half of breastmilk as leftover ,you can feed it within two hours of it.
after 2 hours , please don't use that milk.
and if you are storing the milk in fridge ,you can store it up to 2 or 3 days .
