Roshini aged about 15 months got vaccinates with Hepatitis A and Tyfy on 5th December, 2021, Baby suffering with Fever and cold from 8th December, 2021. Since then issued Paracetamol and Histafree syrup to the child. but, fever was not Controlled. please kindly guide me to which have to be preferred...
