Riyansh is not speaking any word. His response to our call is minimal. However when he listens to the cartoon music he immediately responds to it. He is active in nature but fails to communicate with us. We try to speak with him very much but he doesn't respond. What should I do, so that he can speak and understand things. Please help me out with your suggestions and advice.

A. needs proper neurological evaluations on cfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
