Q.
Right now I am giving similac plus stage 1 to my baby as my baby is 1 month 15 days old. But the weight is not increasing from that and even sometimes when we give him 60ml, he vomits .please suggest is similac good or we should change.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. formula qfeed- Not as efficiently utilized/absorbed as breast milk.Nutritional content depends on proper preparation (human error).Some babies have difficulty tolerating certain nutrients Breastfeed- Contains high levels of nutrients Easily digested and absorbed Content varies according to the milk production stage, which meets the changing nutrition requirements.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies.. if ur baby is vomiting whole milk then consult ur doctor for the same as it is due to indigestion take care and all the best
