right hand and leg itching with small pimples what is the problem

A. hi it happens due to many reasons like mosquito bites, allergic reaction to fabric, food or cosmetics,heat or sweating, insect bite,or infection you may apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion there choose Cotton clothes for your child avoid using suspected cosmetics
