respected sir/madam, I am a mother of 1 year old breast feeding baby girl.I have lost approx 10kg weight in last 8 months.how I can gain my weight?

You should also start doing yoga regularly it will also help in maintaining your weight issues. Still you didn’t get results and concerned with your doctor about it
