Q.

Respect sir or madam,I have 1.4 yr baby boy in his first 2-3 month he had lactose intolerance symptoms so according to pediatrics we are giving superflora gg and mactase drop but gradually it over.But now a days when I am giving any recipe using cow milk to my baby for 7-8 days ( for small amount) then after that he passes foul smell stool 1-2 times a day( semi solid stool). Doctor doing a stool test and says stool pH is acidic and fat glubulos is present then it is lactose intolerance.it is not stop right now.My question is that is there any lactose intolerance in cow milk rather than breast milk.My baby refused to eat any solid.

A. lactose intolerance is nothing to do with cows milk buffalo milk the baby will lacking enzymes called lactase ok for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
