Apply gram flour turmeric mixture daily
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
Take a good care of your baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Apply lotion cream twice daily
