Requesting only Doctors to answer. Hi Doctor, I gave 1 ml of Dolo drops to my baby(10 months old) at 6 AM, No fever till now(10 PM), does that mean his fever has gone? Or should I continue giving the drops tonight?

A. hi. it dosent mean tgat your baby is recovered conpletely. keep a check on body temperature 6 hourly and give dolo drops if temprature record more then 100 F. if their is no fever in last 24 hours, then it is said that he is recovered.
