ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Salt water gargling is one of the best and first to do during tonsillitis. Gargling and rinsing with warm salt water can help sooth a sore throat and pain caused by tonsillitis. give warm water adding raw honey.
