regularly getting rashes on mouth, what is the reason and solution for that

A. Curd and buttermilk are great remedies for mouth ulcers in children. Make your child swirl either curd or buttermilk in his mouth. 2.Mix a small amount of baking soda in cold water and askm your child to rinse the mouth with the mixture. It promotes faster healing.
