Q.

Regarding new born jaundice bilirubin value on day 5 was 24, after phototherapy for 4 days it was reduced to 11. When we got him home and had a check after 3 days it raised to 13.5 Is it normal? what steps to take further?

A. hello tgis requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better as the bilrubin level is increasing again
