Q.
Regarding 8 month baby, he rubs his eyes too much when sleepy or while eating solids he rubs his eyes and nose. There are small red dot like mosquito bites above and below eye lash and on both eye corners. Anything to worry about? Please suggest me some cure/medicine.

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water.
normally simple secretions should not occur again and again for which eyes massage is needed.
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Maybe due to some irritation if the behaviour is continuous then it is better that you get it checked once with your doctor I need that way you’ll be more sure and clear about it and also if any eyedrops are required can be suggested accordingly
